After Sales Support
Following the installation of a system our Service and Maintenance division provide a 24 hour 365 day emergency call out and technical support service as well as planned preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with the requirements of the relevant British Standards. The service is tailor made to client requirements offering the flexibility of standard or premium response, with scheduled or comprehensive contracts. We also arrange in advance the service dates to suit the clients needs. Because we are an independent company we also offer support and service to most of the industry systems. So even if we were not the original installer of the system we can undertake or take over and provide the maintenance technical support required.
Quality
At Alpha Peerless we are committed to both quality and customer service. Our BS EN ISO 9001:2002 approval and specialist BS training provides the platform to design and install systems as well as providing full after sales service with a range of maintenance customer care service options to suit the client requirements.

Health and Safety
Health and Safety is of paramount importance. All engineers are fully trained for installation and servicing and undergo regular enhancement and refresher training. Commissioning engineers attend regular training seminars at manufacturers premises and design engineers are trained to the latest releases of all relevant British Standards. All installation projects are risk assessed and a site health and safety file is issued to comply with all workplace regulation requirements, including method statements and programme of works.
