The sales and delivery process within the business are managed by three departments - the Projects Department, the Service Department and the Technical Department.  Each department specialises in the management of a specific role that caters for the particular needs of clients, and the construction and facilities industries. 

As the department names imply the Project Department specialises in administering tender enquiries for larger projects for new build sites, upgrade of outdated and/or unsupported systems and system modification for larger refurbishment sites.  The Service Department specialise in the planned, preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency engineer support for sites ranging from the smaller, independent traders to large commercial sites with multi fire panel networks.  The Technical Department specialises in remedial works and expert technical advice for the multitude of different fire systems and products, with services ranging from additional smoke detectors/call points/sounders/interfaces to software/hardware upgrades, cables repairs and compliance guidance.

This tried and trusted department specialisation provides clients with specific focus on their business needs with the overall policy of providing fire safety systems, services and solutions that protect people, property, assets, and business continuity from the risk of fire, utilising innovative economic and technical solutions, at commercially competitive rates, throughout the Life Cycle of the fire detection system. Together with our belief in providing systems and equipment of Open Protocol supply ensues that service, remedial and future upgrade costs are kept to a minimum.

Our customers range from large commercial companies, government departments and small independent traders, either by direct contracts or by providing our services through the trade sector of mechanical/electrical contractors to facilities management companies.

A high percentage of our team are Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked - previously known as Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) - to allow us to work within Home Office buildings and other high security/ financial organisations.

We maintain a thorough training programme for all of our staff to ensure professional competency, keeping abreast of the latest legislation changes, health and safety compliance, product training and corporate management skills.  Our professional competency is underpinned by our approvals and accreditations by BAFE SP203, Safecontractor, British Safety Council, British Standards Institute and the Fire Protection Association.

We also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as Public Liability, Product Liability and Third party Liability for the required values for large construction projects.
